Go for an apple and a little peanut butter instead of a piece of cake. Bring a salad with plenty of colors in it. Snack on nuts and carrots instead of chips. It is really the little things that can help your body.

5. All hail the king or queen.

When you set a goal, stick to it. The celebration of reaching your accomplishments will be that much better to know that you have really earned it.
