Make sure you arrive a little early to your first appointment to do paperwork. After the paperwork is done your physical therapist will sit down with you, do an evaluation, get your medical history, cess your impairments, learn your limitations, and set up a plan to get you back to doing what you love.
There are many reasons people need physical therapy. Orthopedic-based injuries like back or neck strains, shoulder injuries, post-operatively, car accidents, balance disorders, and neurological conditions are some of the common conditions patients get treated with physical therapy for.
